What you get
Members join with their own account
Each person signs up once and accepts an invitation. The organisation assigns what they use at work and never takes over the account itself; one person can belong to several organisations.
Groups and departments
Up to three levels: organisation, group and department. A group can carry a mail group, a shared drive, a chat space, a helpdesk department and a ring group; joining it gives all of them.
Several roles for one person
Owner, administrator, member, guest and read-only, plus delegated roles such as mail administrator or auditor. Each role applies to the whole organisation, one group or one department, and a person can hold several at once.
Read-only across departments
A read-only role on another department shows its group mailbox, helpdesk queue, shared drive and chat space, without sending, replying, changing or deleting anything.
Role templates
One template opens a mailbox, gives an extension from a number range, adds shared drives and chat spaces and a helpdesk seat. A preview lists every step before anything runs.
Joining and leaving
Every change is a list of steps that can be retried. When someone leaves, their access ends, the mailbox goes to their manager for 30 days and the extension forwards to its ring group; within those 30 days a restore puts everything back.
Policies
Require two-step sign-in and set how long a sign-in lasts, for everybody in the organisation.
Audit
Every change an administrator makes and every step a job runs is recorded.
Team plans by the seat
A team plan is counted per member, and every seat brings the same allowance of mailboxes, storage, meetings and numbers to the organisation.

How to start
- Sign in with your YunZheng account and create an organisation.
- Bind the Orbit account whose domains the organisation uses for mail.
- Invite colleagues. Each signs in with their own account and accepts.
- Apply a role template, or assign mailboxes, extensions and seats one by one.
Questions
- Do members need an account?
- Yes. Each person uses their own YunZheng account and accepts the invitation; an organisation never manages somebody's account itself.
- Can one person be in several organisations?
- Yes, and switch between them from the organisation menu.
- Can someone see another department without changing it?
- Yes. Give them the read-only role on that department: they see its mailbox, queue, drive and chat space, and cannot send, reply, change or delete.
- What happens when somebody leaves?
- Their access ends at once. The mailbox stays with their manager for 30 days and the extension forwards to its ring group; within those 30 days a restore returns everything as it was.
