How to start
- Sign in with your YunZheng account, or create one on the sign-in page.
- Open the mailbox your organisation gave you, or set up your own: add your server in the console and install the mail service with one command, then add your domain with the setup guide.
- That is it. The next time you come back signed in, Mail opens straight into your inbox.

- Is it free?
- Individuals and non-profit organisations use it free of charge. Every account includes 50 personal mailboxes on a domain you own. Membership is for businesses and startups.
- Which browsers?
- Any current browser, on a desktop or a phone.
- Can my organisation use it?
- Yes. Mailboxes, groups and aliases for a whole domain are managed in the Orbit console.
- Where is my mail kept?
- On your own server. Mail is received, sent and stored there; the platform provides the console, the web mailbox and the mail service you install, and does not send mail on your behalf.
- What is it built on?
- Orbit Mail, the mail service of the Orbit platform.

YunZheng ORG brings colleagues in with their own accounts and gives each one a mailbox and mail groups, along with the rest of their work tools, from one role template.
On your computer and phone
YunZheng Workspace puts YunZheng Mail in an app for Mac, Windows and Android, beside the rest of your YunZheng account, with a notification when new mail arrives.
