What you get
Start now or schedule
An instant meeting with a link and a code, or a scheduled one — once, daily, weekly or monthly — with invitations by email and a calendar file that imports anywhere.
The room
Camera, microphone and speaker of your choice, a green room to check them, tiled or spotlight layouts, pinning, and up to nine cameras on screen at once.
Share, chat, react
Share a window, a tab or the whole screen; chat with everyone; raise a hand; reactions that float up and land in the activity feed.
Host controls
A waiting room with admit and deny, mute somebody or everyone, remove somebody, lock the meeting, hand out co-host, and end the call for all.
Captions, polls, breakouts
Live captions from speech, polls with a results chart, questions with upvotes, and breakout rooms the host can open, broadcast to and close.
Recordings
Record a meeting and get one composed picture afterwards, playable from the post-meeting page alongside each participant's own file.
Guests welcome
Somebody with the link joins without an account; the host decides who comes in.

How to start
- Sign in with your YunZheng account and press New meeting — or open the link somebody sent you; guests join from the link.
- Check your camera and microphone in the green room, then join. If the host uses a waiting room, they let you in.
- Meet. Afterwards the summary page lists who was there, the recording and the chat.

- No. They join from the link with a name; the host decides who comes in.

- Any current browser with camera access, on a desktop or a phone.
