Orbit S-Gate is business messaging on Orbit: send marketing and notification texts and one-time codes from your own numbers, follow each message to delivery, and receive replies, from the Orbit console or the API. It is coming soon.
What S-Gate does
- Send text and picture messages to one recipient or up to ten in one call. Each send carries a client reference, so a retry never sends twice.
- Verification codes for sign-in and checkout, through the same API.
- Delivery reports and replies in the message log and pushed to your webhook, with replies grouped into conversations.
- Sender IDs and templates: send under your brand's name where the country allows it, and keep approved message templates in the console.
- Consent and opt-out: opt-out keywords are honoured on every number, and consent is recorded.
- Scheduled and bulk sends from the console.
