A round of security and reliability improvements has reached YunZheng LAB products this month.
Accounts
- Signing out now signs you out of every YunZheng LAB site and app that uses the same sign-in, and the apps return to the sign-in screen.
- You can delete your account yourself from the account page.
Drive and Calendar
- Links protected by a password lock after repeated wrong attempts, for a period that grows with each lockout. Changing the password or resetting the link unlocks it.
- Invitations and booking emails sent to people outside our service have a daily limit per account.
- People can ask for access to a file they cannot open, and the owner approves or declines it.
Mail and Meet
- Mail between YunZheng mailboxes is delivered faster, and new mail appears in Mail, Calendar and Drive without reloading the page.
- In Meet, people from the same organisation and invited guests join without waiting in the waiting room.
Everywhere
- Better contrast in dark mode.
